Copeland edits Media History Monographs

David Copeland, a past president of the American Journalism Historians Association, operates a web site for the group titled Media History Monographs. It is an online journal devoted to publishing scholarly journalism and mass communication history works. The URL is www.elon.edu/dcopeland/mhm/mhm.htm.

This quarterly, refereed journal has been online since 1997. Its purpose is to provide a publishing outlet for historical scholarly works which are too long to function well as regular journal articles and too short for books. Copeland is a co-editor along with Doug Daniel of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
