Communications Advisory Board has busiest session ever



Twenty-one of the 25 members of Elon's School of Communications Advisory Board visited campus April 11 and 12 to talk with students and faculty members about the communications program.

Highlights of the event included presentations by Elon grad and Olympian Patrick Singleton of Bloomberg Television; the special projects editor for education at U.S. News & World Report, Anne McGrath; student researchers from Elon, who shared their work; a panel of local news leaders speaking about the changing face of broadcast news; and advisory board members who conducted broadcast, print and corporate communications panel sessions on working in times of trouble.
