use in "Copyrights and Wrongs: The Legal Rights of Copyright Users
and Owners in the University Community" in Whitley Auditorium Feb.

Beth Cate (J.D.,
Harvard Law) is a university counsel, and her husband Fred Cate
(J.D., Stanford Law) is a law professor at Indiana University. They
spoke with Elon University students and faculty members about copyright
issues, explaining the intricacies and issues involved.
They also hosted
a copyright session for Elon faculty members and library staff members
the preceding afternoon. Their visit was sponsored by the School
of Communications.
