Veteran of CNN on staff
Lashendock joins TV Services

Linda Lashendock, a two-decade veteran of CNN, has joined Elon University as its coordinator of Television Services.

Lashendock worked for CNN for 21 years, the last six years as manager of news production in the Washington bureau. She traveled the world as the lead producer/editor for White House coverage during the presidencies of Ronald Reagan, G.H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

In the course of her CNN career, she also worked as a producer and videotape editor for the business news program "Moneyline" and worked on CNN documentaries.

"I am excited to have Linda leading the Office of Television Services and working alongside the School of Communications," said School of Communications Dean Paul Parsons. "She has a passion for sharing her experience, and is a tremendous resource for our students."
