Randall featured on local TV newscast

Annette Randall, an Elon triple major in corporate communications, business administration and journalism, was featured in a broadcast news piece on an increasing trend of triple majors at campuses across the country.

The feature, reported by Bob Buckley from FOX 8 News in Greensboro, ran on the 10 p.m. newscast Feb. 21.

"The whole experience was pretty neat," said Randall. "Bob Buckley and a cameraman came to campus the first time in January and shot some footage of two Elon triple majors. They came back on the first day of classes this semester and shot more footage of me in class and walking around campus."

Randall is an officer in the Elon University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, works part-time as an office assistant and writer in the University Relations office and is the business editor of Elon's student newspaper, The Pendulum.
