Any student enrolled
at Elon University is welcome to attend the meetings of Elon's chapter
of the Society of Professional Journalists at 6 p.m. Nov. 6 and
at 6 p.m. Nov. 20 in McEwen 108.
A great part of the sessions will be devoted to planning a writing/journalism
workshop for area minority high school students. The workshop will
be co-hosted by the local daily newspaper, the Burlington Times-News.
