Students exhibit
documentary works


The School of Communications hosted its first annual student documentary film festival May 19 in the McEwen Theater. Elon faculty members Brooke Barnett and Tom Mould arranged to show four student-produced pieces at the event. They included:

"Without a Cause," a film by George Lohr, with Gus Kroustalis and Alex Snell.

"In the Midst of a Movement: Media Coverage of the Greensboro Sit-ins," a film by Anna Brodrecht, with Kim Hayes, Kevin Kindle, Jeff Heyer and Sean Renner.

"The Mean, the Quick, the Mentally Sick: The Elon Women's Rugby Team," a film by John Bagwell, Alex Miller, Amanda Kloer and Heather Graf.

"Kingpin: Best Prick in Town," a film by Lauren Vilis, Samiha Khanna, Caitlin Molloy and Beth Fullerton.
