I&CT Services
Conference support and testing
Once your conference request is accepted, we will contact the remote site to ensure the connections work and are ready for the conference. I&CT will provide support during your conference and respond quickly to problems. Please contact the Help Desk at x5200 for support during your conference.
- Consultation
An I&CT staff member will meet with you to determine your needs and discuss the available conference technologies. If your conference requires coordinating with outside service providers, we will work with them to help schedule and test your conference.
- Event Support
If your conference is part of a larger event on campus, I&CT can coordinate with Media Services-Events to support all of your technology needs. When requesting a conference please let us know if it is part of campus event.
