  • Desktop video conferencing options
    • As an alternative to large scale video conferencing, we recommend using the following for simple point-to-point video conferences.
      • Skype – allows you to use a webcam connected to your computer to connect with one other Skype user.
      • ooVoo – allows you to use a webcam connected to your computer to connect to up to 3 other ooVoo users.
      • Skype and ooVoo are free and are available online. For help getting started, please contact the Help Desk at x5200.
  • Desktop teleconferencing options
    • As an alternative to using teleconferencing units, we recommend trying the speakerphone on your office telephone.
