Event Technology Support
We are committed to providing quality event technology support to ensure all events and conferences are successful and memorable. We support presentations, meetings, concerts, and conferences in over 35 campus venues which include auditoria, conference rooms, and large meeting halls. Many campus venues are equipped with state-of-the art technical and media equipment. We also support outdoor venues such as the Academic Village Amphitheater, Young Commons, and the Moseley Green.

Confirmed Events
The requested equipment will be set up and ready prior to the event start time. If problems arise during the event, please call the Technology Help Desk at x5200. If the event ends earlier than specified, please let us know by calling x5200. The event organizer is responsible for equipment left unattended during or after the event. |
