Submission Information

Submission Guidelines

Colonnades staff accepts submissions year-round. However, final deadline for the Spring 2004 issue is December 10, 2003. You may submit works to Drew Perry in Whitley 303, the Colonnades office in Whitley 201, or Campus Box 7011. All computer disks, art, and photography will be returned in May, after the journal has been printed.

To Submit:

-Write your social security number - NOT YOUR NAME - and title of the work on top of the first page of each piece you are submitting. YOU MUST SUBMIT EACH PIECE ON HARD COPY AND MAC FORMATTED COMPUTER DISK.

-Attach to each submission a separate index card on which you have written your social security number, title of the work, name, campus box, phone number, and e-mail address. (If work is not titled and is accepted for publication, it will be labeled "Untitled.")

-Poetry and fiction must be free from grammatical and mechanical errors, or they will not be accepted.

-Artwork must submitted digitally on a CD with the above notecard included, the title of the piece(s) and your SS# written on the CD. If you have questions about how to go about the process, just email Hannah Osborn at hosborn@elon.edu.
