I started at Elon University in 2002 after spending 15 years at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Texas State University prior to that time.
My teaching areas are federal taxation and international tax. I have also developed international study abroad courses and delivered them during the Winter Term for 9 of the 11 Winter Terms while I have been at Elon. They include the Doing Buisiness in the Pacific Rim (The Philippines and Australia), (Hong Kong, Singapore, China); and Doing Business in the Caribbean: Cayman Islands, and Cuba and the Cayman Islands.
I have also taught the tax session in the Becker CPA Review Fast Past Course and have presented several tax presentations in the Department's annual CPE program and for independent CPA firms during my tenure at Elon University.
