Brief Biography

Bill Burress joined the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center in September of 2009.  Bill is the only staff member in the offfice who works with both incoming international students and outgoing study abroad students.  His primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Elon Center in Costa Rica;
  • Advising for a selection of affiliated study abroad programs;
  • Collaborating with faculty members on selected winter term study abroad programs;
  • Working with incoming exchange students from pre-application through their time at Elon;
  • Managing GEC marketing initiatives.
