Brief Biography

My current position is Outreach Librarian in the Carol Grotnes Belk Library. My outreach responsibilities include the design, implementation, marketing, and assessment of programs to promote library resources and services. I also manage the library’s social media and digital sign, as well as coordinate the library’s presence and participation in campus events. As the liaison librarian to the arts-focused academic departments and programs, I support collection development and the research needs of students and faculty. I design and lead research instruction sessions, primarily for my liaison departments and for Elon’s two required first year courses, COR 110 and ENG 110. I also support the development and maintenance of the library’s website and other online resources.
