Lisa Rosenberg, a Senior Lecturer, has been a faculty member in the Mathematics & Statistics Department since 2000. She conducted her undergraduate and graduate work at Binghamton University, NY. Before coming to Elon, Lisa held teaching positions at Binghamton High School, Montgomery County Community College, and Corning Community College.
Lisa's teaching career focuses primarily on courses that satisfy the General Studies Requirement at Elon. In addition, she works with pre-service elementary and middle grades students at Elon.
In 2004, Lisa co-published a paper titled "Math and Education Faculty Working Together to Improve Content Knowledge for Pre-service Elementary Teachers", in the Proceedings from the North American Chapter of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education.
Throughout her tenure at Elon, Lisa has presented at national conferences, edited many mathematics & statistics manuscripts, and chaired numerous committees.
Lisa's academic honors include membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key National Honor Society, and Pi Mu Epsilon.
