Brief Biography

Dr. Mark Archambault came to Elon in March of 2011 for the opportunity to lead the creation of the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program.  Prior to joining Elon, he served as Vice Chair and Co-Director of Pre-Clinical Education at Wake Forest School of Medicine.  Earlier in his career, he gained clinical experience working in outpatient internal medicine clinics in both inner city and rural areas.  He has a doctorate in health sciences from Nova Southeastern University and enjoys advancing the competencies of patient-centered communication, pharmacotherapeutics and evidence-based medicine within the PA  profession.
