Brief Biography
Dr. Morgan is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Public Administration. She received her PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in European Union Law from the University of Leicester in the UK. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Morgan has worked extensively in international settings and is the NSEE 2006 Experiential Education Leader of the Year Award Winner. She served as the Isabella Cannon International Center Faculty Fellow in 2011and is currently Director of the International Fellows program. Most recently, she was selected as a Leadership Scholar.
