B.S. Physics with a minor in Mathematics - North Carolina State University 1996.
Employment History
I've been in some form of network/telephony for 14 years. I started working at Bellsouth Communication Systems in 1998 and begin my Cisco career path from there as well.
Most recently I worked at Confiance IP Solutions LLC in Greensboro NC as a Tier III Engineer, supporting 20-30 customers in the Network Operations Center (NOC). I helped provide monitoring and management for customer networks as well as staging and configuring customer equipment for deployment across the US.
