This collection is housed in a file cabinet that has four drawers and each drawer is arranged differently. Drawer one is organized alphabetically and then chronologically. This drawer includes: Endowment Fund Investment Review (1988-1993), Handbook (1960s), Investment Performance Review (1989), J.M. Darden versus Elon College (May 1923), and bound Meeting Minutes (1917-2001). Drawer two is organized alphabetically and then chronologically. It includes: Charter and By-Laws (1930-2001) and Reports (1925-1995). Drawer three is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material or name of committee. This drawer includes miscellaneous materials from 1894-1952, bound Development Committee Minutes (1971-2005), and bound Executive Committee information (1956-1970). Drawer four is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material or name of committee. This drawer contains a miscellaneous group of materials and documents from 1952 to present day.
