Woodale house, room open for winter term 2013

I live In the last house on Woodale. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My room is 14 by 16 feet and has its own private bathroom. The house is completely furnished with couches, TCs, kegerator, dart board, bar with fish tank and EVEN two fantastic roommates. I am trying to sublet the place for Winter Term only.
