I am an Elon alumni looking for one to three females to inhabit a beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo close to Elon University (university shuttle goes to the condo complex). I am flexible with the lease. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the condo is fully furnished, and has a modern kitchen and two living areas, a sun room and high ceilings with a sunroof in the living room. The rent is $500-550 per person (depending on room size). All utilities are included (water, internet, cable, electricity,trash and etc.)
