Going abroad in fall 2013? Need a place to live in the spring?

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment in the Provence Apartments in Spring 2014. I currently live with 3 other people who are the greatest people on our campus :) but of course, I'm biased. Though off campus, the Bio Bus runs on a great schedule and it is easy to get to campus. Rent is $498 a month with EVERYTHING included (except furniture) and the landlord is super nice! (also, non-existent unless you need something, which I think is a plus).
