Looking for one to three individuals to inhabit a beautiful and spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo close to Elon University on Haggard Street (university shuttle goes to the condo complex). I am flexible with the lease and price (one and two-year leases available and can reduce price for a two-year lease.) The condo is fully furnished and has a modern kitchen and two living areas, a sun room and high vaulted ceilings with a skylight in the living room. The rent is $500-$550 per person (depending on room size). All utilities are included (water, Internet, cable, electricity, trash, etc.) and there is not a cap on electricity usage.
