Noon - 1:45 p.m.: Speed Networking & Lunch (Studio B)
You've heard of speed dating. Well, this is speed networking. Every four minutes you’ll talk to an intern recruiter. If you're interested in an internship or want some networking practice, then this event is for you. Also talk to some former interns about their experiences. The first 16 students to register will participate in the fun.
*Student pre-registration required for maximum of 16 students.

2-3 p.m.: Professional Practices for a Successful Internship - Internship Prep I (McEwen  011)
Discussions will be focused on how to nurture a culture of professionalism and excellence. We’ll talk about how to gain supervisor’s confidence and meet expectations, and how to make the most of this internship experience. First time academic interns must attend each of the two seminars to participate in summer and fall internships.

3-3:50 p.m.: How to Put Together A Winning Portfolio - Internship Prep II (McEwen 011)
