My roommates and I are looking for subletters for the Summer 2013 semester. We live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in Manning Way. We are looking for 1-3 people willing to sublet for the semester. The house is beautiful with a large back deck and maintenance is taken care of by our land lords.

The location is great and not far from campus!

Charge per person: $412 (including ALL utilities and internet).
