Hello! I am a 2013 alumni currently living and working in LA. I am moving back to NC for the summer, and I have a room that will be available for subletting from June-July 2013. It is a two room apartment, but my roommate will be in the second bedroom. He is also from North Carolina. The rent is $750/month, electricity and gas is not included. Total, expenses are about $780/month. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, dining area, and one bathroom. The floors are hardwood and it is on the first floor in a quiet, safe area in Palms, CA, just a short drive from Hollywood, Downtown LA, Malibu, and LAX. We are looking for a clean, male or female subletter who can live in a quiet apartment complex and be respectful of the other tenants.
