       Looking for one girl to inhabit a beautiful and spacious master bedroom in a three-bedroom, three-bath condo close to Elon University on Haggard Street (university shuttle goes to the condo complex). I am flexible with the lease and price (one and two-year leases available and can reduce price for a two-year lease.) The condo is fully furnished and has a modern kitchen and two living areas, a sun room and high vaulted ceilings with a skylight in the living room. The condo is spacious with over 1500 square feet. The rent is $550 for the master bedroom, but can REDUCE price for longer lease term.  ALL utilities are included (water, Internet, cable, electricity, sewer, trash, etc.) and there is not a cap on usage.
