An article by Ellen Mir, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, has appeared in the Fall 2007 issue of Commentationes Mathematicae Universitatis Carolinae, a journal published by the Charles University Mathematical Institute in Prague. 

The article, “A Non-Tychonoff relatively normal subspace,” describes a technique for constructing an example of a topological space with some interesting properties.
