Martin C. Fowler, Lecturer in Philosophy, will present a paper on May 7, titled "And Who Is My Neighbor?" at the Janet Meakin Poor Research Symposium in Chicago.  The symposium is titled "Climate Chaos - Emerging Consequences of Climate  Change" and is sponsored by the Center for Humans and Nature and by the Chicago Botanic Garden.
