I studied abroad last year in Ireland and I have a small Motorola W230 cell phone. It is an international cell phone so all you need is to buy a Sim card. It comes with an alarm clock and a few games. It also has an FM radio. It's a pretty basic phone but it's perfect for someone who just needs a phone to make calls and send texts. I have the original box and instruction manual for it. It can be used anywhere in Europe but the plug is designed for Ireland/UK. I bought it for 30 euro and will sell it for $30.
