Spacious room available spring 2010
Room available in Phoenix Arms.
Going abroad for Spring Semester to Denmark, looking for a person to stay in our 4 person place with my three friends for a semester.
Apartment open from mid-December until the end of August.
Rent is $450 a month.
The room is big, has its own bathroom, comes with my bed, desk, dresser, shelves, floor carpet.
It's a nice place, roommates are quiet and not big partiers, great place to study and hang out.
