Update Your Benefits
This year's annual open enrollment period for benefit elections is November
13-27. This is your chance to do the following:
- Add, drop or make changes to your medical, dental or AFLAC insurance programs.
- Update your beneficiary information (life insurance and retirement).
- Make changes to your retirement plan percentage.
- Add to your dental plan any dependent children who have reached age 2.
- Begin or re-enroll in the Flex Spending Accounts.
Your new elections will be effective on January 1, 2002.
All of your current benefit elections (except health and dependent care
spending accounts) will automatically carry forward into 2002 unless you
complete paperwork to effect a change.
The human resources staff will be sending additional information to you
regarding open enrollment. If you have questions, call Stephanie Page
