Earl Honeycutt, Ph.D.
Martha and Spencer Love Term Professor of Marketing
Director, Chandler Family Professional Sales Center

Earl Honeycutt worked as a sales engineer for an electronics division of TRW, Inc. and earned the Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing) at the University of Georgia. He has served as a tenured faculty member at UNC-Wilmington, Old Dominion University, and Elon University. Specializing in sales management, cross-cultural sales, and training the sales force, Dr. Honeycutt has published more than 175 articles and four textbooks and serves on the editorial review boards of all major sales journals. He is the recipient of awards for outstanding research and teaching. Dr. Honeycutt serves as Professor of Marketing and Director of the Chandler Family Professional Sales Center.

Michael Rodriguez, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Marketing

Michael Rodriguez teaches Professional Selling, Principles of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management courses. He earned his Ph.D. in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he won Most Outstanding Dissertation Award in 2009. His research interests include Customer Relationship Management, Sales Leadership and Sales Management. Dr. Rodriguez has been published in the Journal of Selling and Major Account Management and International Journal of Innovation and Business Research. He has also developed and facilitated sales training programs for corporate clients. Prior to joining Elon, Dr. Rodriguez worked on Wall Street for 14 years selling market data and trading platforms to investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Randy Moser, MBA
Instructor in Marketing and Professional Selling

Randy Moser has over 35 years of industry experience working in all faucets of the sales and marketing functions.  His experience has ranged predominately in Fortune 500 companies although he does have experience in small business/entrepreneurial environments and non-profit organizations.  Randy has earned an MBA from Temple University, completed post-graduate work at Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University, and has several coaching certifications associated with his credentials. Management experience complimented by educational knowledge has given a unique perspective and sensitivity to work and life balance. An individual persona has been recognized by many as energetic, enthusiastic and relevant to real life. This combination makes for a rewarding experience that is practical and valuable to success in today’s business and life environments.
