Michael Rodriguez, Director of Chandler Family Professional Sales Center and 2011 recipient of the Dean’s Award for Scholarship, teaches sales and marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. He earned a Ph.D. in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he won Most Outstanding Dissertation Award in 2009, and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. His research interests include customer relationship management, sales leadership and sales management.
Rodriguez has been published in the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Selling and Major Account Management, International Journal of Innovation and Business Research, and the Marketing Management Journal. Prior to joining Elon, Dr. Rodriguez spent 14 years selling financial technology platforms to hedge funds, investment bankers and money managers.
Randy Moser, has over 35 years of industry experience working in all facets of the sales and marketing functions. His experience has ranged predominately in Fortune 500 companies although he does have experience in small business/entrepreneurial environments and non-profit organizations. Moser has earned an MBA from Temple University, completed post-graduate work at Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University, and has several coaching certifications associated with his credentials. Management experience complimented by educational knowledge has given a unique perspective and sensitivity to work and life balance. An individual persona has been recognized by many as energetic, enthusiastic and relevant to real life. This combination makes for a rewarding experience that is practical and valuable to success in today’s business and life environments.
