Found/Owner, The Vibration Solution
Major: Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship

The Vibration Solution was founded by RJ Yozwiak and Ian Baltutis in 2007. The company's first product was Silent Feet Anti-Vibration Pads for washing machines and dryers. Since its founding, Vibration Solution has expanded to offer a wide range of anti-vibration, acoustic insulation and ergonomic products centered around their patented Sorbothane ultra-soft polyurethane rubber polymer. Vibration Solution owns the Isolate IT! and RX Sorbo brands as well as offers a full range of product design, custom part and engineering services to its customers.

Elon Laundry is a wash and fold laundry service that focuses on pickup and delivery for students. Est. 2008

HireNetworks is a recruiting, staffing, and executive search firm based in Raleigh, N.C. with an office in Charlotte, N.C. Our clients are primarily technology, life sciences and financial services companies. We recruit nationwide for technology/engineering, sales/marketing, clinical/scientific and accounting/finance positions. We also provide focused executive recruiting searches through our in-house executive recruiting firm, Campbell & James.
