In June 2006, the Project Management Institute published The Standard for Program Management, a publication that outlines the standard terminology, phases, and processes associated with the program management discipline. In this seminar, participants not only learn about what sets program management apart from project management, they also will apply the lessons through hands-on team exercises.

Program setup
Establishing a program management and technical infrastructure
Delivering incremental program benefits
