GiftLaw Teleconference - Senior Women Donors

Most women will either be single at some time during their retirement, or may already be a single person. They will face a number of major decisions. These decisions will involve their own personal level of income, whether to sell a family residence and move to a retirement community, how to handle potential IRA balances when they pass away, sale of investment or business property and planning for inheritance to children when some of the children may not be financially responsible.

In these two hours, expert women attorneys will share principles for counseling senior women donors. The session will also include specific examples and lively discussion among the panel participants of various planning options and solutions. Viewers will have a better understanding of how to provide top-quality counsel and assistance for their senior women donors.
