INN-200  Business Model Innovation in a Time of Disruptive Change (2.5 hrs.)

Objectives:

• Examine internal and external sources of innovation
• Dissect the business model to discover opportunities for innovation
• Explore successful strategic innovation and successful innovative organizations
 
INN-201 Organizational Innovation Inhibitors (2.5 hrs.)

Objectives:

• Be aware of the myths surrounding innovation
• Understand how well-established management techniques inhibit organizational innovation
• Understand how organizational systems and structure inhibit organizational innovation
• Understand why these inhibitors are so entrenched in most organizations

INN-202 Designing the Organization for Innovation (2.5 hrs.)

Objectives:

• Create processes, structures, and systems that encourage innovation
• Develop managerial behaviors and skills that encourage innovation from your team
• Learn the importance of external alliances, partnerships and systematic collaborative relationships
• Learn how to explore innovative opportunities while continuing to exploit the current business

INN-203 Facilitating the Innovation Process (2.5 hrs.)

Objectives:

• Understand the systematic approach to organizing and facilitating a working session within your company
• Develop facilitation tools for your company regarding set-up, idea generation, evaluating and prioritizing ideas, prototyping, and launching initiatives.
