How to Register

By Phone: Call the Porter Family Professional Development Center at (336) 278-6064.

In Person: Print out the registration form and bring to Brenda Crutchfield in the LSB Dean's Suite (KoBC 100). She will also have blanks forms available.

By Email: Send the following information in an email to

  • First and Last Name
  • Preferred Name
  • Campus Box
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Major
  • Minor
  • Any Dietary or Special Needs
  • Emergency Contact Name
  • Emergency Conact Phone
  • Emergency Contact Relationship
  • Payment information (Phoenix card number if paying with Phoenix Cash; notify if bringing a check to the Dean's Suite; or credit card number with the expiration date)
  • Billing zip code if you're paying by credit card

By Campus Mail: Print out the registration form and mail to: Nicole Filippo, 2075 Campus Box

Registration Fees:
Registrations received on or before February 15 - $35 per person
Registrations received after February 15 - $50 per person

Cancellation policy: Send letters of cancellation to  Cancellations received after 5 p.m. on February 15, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund.
