Sarah Thomas officially joined the Corporate and Employer Relations team in September of 2012, but is no stranger to Elon University. She enters her eighth year as a staff member and is a “double” Elon graduate with a BS in Physical Education ’05 and MBA ’09.
Sarah began her tenure as an admissions counselor in 2005 traveling to exotic NY and NJ to recruit talented Elon students and their parents, of course. Her love of sports drew her to the Elon Athletic Department where she worked around the clock to increase Phoenix Club membership and philanthropy through a variety of programs and events. The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business snatched her from athletics to take on the newly created Director of Undergraduate Programs position where she developed co-curricular programing for business school students.
Sarah’s current role in corporate and employer relations allows her to hit the road to identify desirable internship and full-time positions for our students across the country and in some cases the globe. She will work with her colleagues in the Porter Family Center for Professional Development to pair students with the right career or graduate school opportunities.
