2003 Communications alum Ryan Notch was the post-production
supervisor on the multi-part National Geographic Channel
series "Microkillers." The first two episodes of
the series get their first airing Nov. 13,
with "SuperFlu" at 9 p.m. and "Ebola" at
10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The programs are packed with
special effects and CGI and include footage shot all over the
world. The programs use fictional story lines to tell the
facts about the very real possibilities of a pandemic killer
illness.
