Paul Parsons, professor and dean of the School of
Communications, has been named to the editorial board of the
new Journal of Global Mass Communications. The scholarly
journal examines systems, processes, practices and cultures
that impact mass communications on a global scale. The editor
is Arnold de Beer of South Africa, with associate editors
from Switzerland, Australia, the United Kingdom and the
United States. Parsons is one of 38 editorial board members
worldwide.
