Brooke Barnett on WUNC's
"The State of Things"

Brooke Barnett, associate professor of communications, was included in a March 20 broadcast on WUNC Radio's program, "The State of Things." The program examined the ways technology has changed journalism and they ways people access news via newspapers, the Web, television and radio. Other panelists included Hodding Carter III of UNC-Chapel Hill, Becky Johnson, a staff writer, Smoky Mountain News, Dan Barkin, the Deputy Managing Editor of The News & Observer in Raleigh, Mark Jurkowitz, the associate director of Project for Excellence in Journalism, and Layla Farmer, a reporter, Winston-Salem Chronicle.
