Nelson Spends Five Days as Guest Reporter at N. Dakota TV Station

Tom Nelson, associate professor of communications, was a guest reporter for KXMB Television in Bismarck, N.D., from Dec. 17 to Dec. 21. Nelson began his television career at the station in the late 1970s and has returned regularly for guest reporting duties, keeping his television skills up to date with the changing technology. That experience has been vital for Nelson as he works with Elon students who are preparing for their own careers in broadcasting.
