GUIDELINES FOR EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENT IN BIOLOGY

The Biology Department’s experiential requirement can be satisfied in one of three ways: conducting a research project (BIO 499) under the guidance of a full-time faculty member in the Biology Department, fulfilling the requirements of an internship (BIO 481) under the supervision of a full-time faculty member in the Biology Department, or participating in a specialized laboratory assistantship designed with a full-time faculty member and approved by the Biology Department Chair.
