The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Elon University seeks applicants for a Lecturer position in Mathematics and Statistics to begin mid-August 2015. The successful candidate should have at least a Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, mathematics education, statistics education, or a closely related field. Candidates with experience in incorporating writing into the curriculum are encouraged to apply.
Teaching will primarily include courses of General Statistics, Statistics in Application, and courses in Elon’s Core Curriculum program. Applicants must demonstrate the potential for excellence in teaching in a liberal arts setting and a commitment to professional development and service.
