MTH 151 Calculus I 4 sh
MTH 239  Linear Algebra 4 sh
MTH 251 Calculus II 4 sh
MTH 330 Mathematical Reasoning 4 sh
Elective(s) from MTH 110 or MTH courses numbered 200 or above
(excluding MTH 208, MTH 209, MTH 308, MTH 309 and MTH 481), CSC courses or ECO 203

A minor in Applied Mathematics requires the following courses:

MTH 151 Calculus I 4 sh              
MTH 251 Calculus II 4 sh
Eight hours selected from the following:
MTH 241 Discrete Mathematics and
MTH 349 Applied Matrix Theory
or
MTH 252 Multivariable Calculus and Analytic Geometry and
MTH 359 Differential Equations
8 sh
MTH elective numbered 200 or higher
excluding MTH 208, MTH 209, MTH 308, MTH 309 and MTH 481
4 sh

A student may be exempt from MTH 110 and/or 151 by demonstrating proficiency. Once a student has received credit, including transfer credit for a course, credit may not be received for any course with material that is equivalent to it or is a prerequisite for it without permission of the mathematics department.
