• Sept. 15, 2011 - Deadline for new course proposals
• February 2012 - WT 12 pre-planning meetings, WT 12 budgets determined, WT 12 program information updated
• March 2012 - WT 13 information updated on web
• March 9-16, 2012 - Priority application period for WT 13
• March 30, 2012 through April - Students accepted for WT 13 programs, accepted students enrolled in fall STA courses
• April 12, 2012 -4:15-6:15pm - Short Term Leader Workshop #1
• Early May 2012 - Spring meetings with WT 12 students
• April - September 2012 - Rolling admissions for WT 13 programs with openings or short waitlists
• Planning Week - Short Term Leader Workshop #2
• Sept. 7 - Last day to drop WT courses abroad with deposit refund
• Sept. 15, 5:00pm - Target final application deadline for WT13 programs
• Sept. 16 - GEC will make a final determination on program cancellations, flight info sent out to faculty and parents
• Sept 17 - Rooming lists due to GEC
• Nov. 1, 4:00-7:00pm - Short Term Leader Workshop #3 & dinner (McKinnon Hall)
• Nov 5 - Immunizations Clinic on campus
• Nov. 12-16 - International Education Week Activities
• November/December TBA - CPR/First Aid Workshops
• December TBA - Make-up Travel Clinic (vaccinations must be pre-ordered by deadline TBA)
• First week of December - E-ticket itineraries, faculty notebooks/USBs, cell phones, per diem checks, procards, available for pick-up
• Last day of fall exams - WT syllabi due to GEC
• January - WT programs abroad take place and course updates posted to study abroad blog(s)
• February - WT 13 debrief and WT 14 pre-planning meetings, budgets determined for WT 14
• February 15 - WT 13 accounting due
