We offer 12 weekly sessions in the Fall semester and 12 weekly sessions in the Spring semester.
These rich programs will take place on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. Participants are welcome to stay for lunch and dine on their own at one of the campus facilities or nearby restaurants.
Topics are chosen by the participants through the curriculum committee. The program will draw upon the best of Elon’s present and former faculty and staff as well as talent from the community and area institutions.
Dues: $125 per year per participant due before the start of the Fall semester. Non-refundable after classes start.
We think of dues—first and foremost—as entry into a learning community.
We have attended LIFE@Elon classes since the program's inception. We have been amused, enlightened and elated at the variety and depth of the programs. We believe in lifelong learning. The LIFE@Elon program fits the bill.

We have so enjoyed the lectures at LIFE@Elon. Retirement really does allow us to expand our horizons and take part in lectures from such a broad array of fine speakers. From learning about the North Carolina wine industry, to learning about jazz improvisation, to hearing Dr. Danieley and his wonderful tales of Elon's history. We especially enjoyed hearing how he has lunch with a different freshman chemistry student each day! Elon is so open to the senior citizens in the community, and we appreciate the kindnesses shown.

What a wonderful idea to have LIFE@Elon, I have thoroughly enjoyed most of the sessions! The opportunity to meet new individuals who have moved to the immediate area from all over the United States, has also been a positive part of the class. Certainly there was much thought in planning this program. Thanks to everyone who has helped to make this an enjoyable day in the week for a retired individual.
