Transcript Requests - Request Form Federal law and university policy require your signature each time you request your transcript. To request a transcript, you may stop by the Registrar's Office or mail your request. Transcripts will not be sent if you have a financial obligation that is past due to the university. All requests must contain the following information. Personal Information
♦Full name (include all previous names) Transcript Information
♦Dates of attendance and graduation Fees-(CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY)
♦$5.00 per copy for mailed official transcripts We regret that at this time we cannot accept a credit card as a form of payment. Please submit check or money order with your request to avoid delays in processing. Office requests The Registrar's Office is located in Alamance 104. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. Transcripts can be printed while you wait or mailed to a third party. Mailed requests Send a letter containing the above information or print the request form and mail to the following address:

Please make sure that your request is signed and includes the necessary fees so processing will not be delayed. Enclose a check or money order made payable to Elon University along with request form. Transcripts will not be sent if the signature and fee are not included. Expedited Service If you wish to send your transcript via overnight express, you are responsible for the additional fees. Please include a prepaid overnight envelope from your choice of carrier, along with your request form. Overnight requests received by noon will be sent the same day.
