Federal law and university policy require your signature each time you request your transcript. To request a transcript, you may come to the Registrar's Office, mail or fax your request forms. Transcripts will not be sent if you have a financial obligation that is past due to the university.
The Registrar's Office is located in Alamance 104. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST. Transcripts can be printed while you wait or mailed to a third party.
Print the request form and mail to the following address:

Please make sure that your request is signed and include the necessary fees (below) so processing will not be delayed. Enclose a check or money order made payable to Elon University along with request form. Transcripts will not be sent if the signature and fee are not included.
Our fax number is 336-278-6672. If you fax your release form, please include a statement that you are aware of the fee(s) and that you will follow up by mail with the payment. When mailing in your payment, after faxing the release, please include a note with the payment stating that it is for a previously processed faxed request.
$5.00 per copy for mailed official transcripts or
$5.00 per copy for faxed transcripts

If you wish to send your transcript via overnight express, you are responsible for the additional fees. Please include a prepaid overnight envelope from your choice of carrier, along with your request form. Overnight requests received by noon will be sent the same day.
